We represented a man charged with assault and related gun charges stemming from an incident in which he pulled a gun on the coach of his son's pee wee football team during a game. We performed a thorough investigation and interviewed potential witnesses. After a non-jury trial, our client was found "not guilty" of all charges.
We represented a young man charged with conspracy, possession and delivery of a controlled substance in Federal Court. The govenment presented the testimony of several co-conspirators, including friends of our client, who testified as to our clients' participation. Drugs were found in the vehicle occupied by our client. The jury found our client "not guilty" of all charges.
We represented the president of a local corporation who was charged with viewing and downloading child pornography. Our client admitted his participation before he retained us. After hiring us we immediately placed our client in treatment with a psychologist who specializes in this area. We were able to negotiate probation for our client.
We represented an attorney who was charged with theft and failure to make required disposition of funds and other theft related offenses. The attorney admitted to the facts prior to retaining us. We agressively defended the case and presented in excess of 10 witnesses at trial. The client was found "not guilty" of all charges.
