Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition (ARD)
Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition (ARD) is a program for first time offenders charged with driving under the influence or other nonviolent crimes. Many times, this program is an excellent alternative to individals proceeding to trial for the following reasons:
1. There will be no criminal conviction after completion of probation;
2. Minimal license suspension; and,
3. No jail time.
In order to be eligible for ARD, you must have no prior convictions.
At the conclusion of the ARD Program, we can petition the court to have your record expunged. This results in the destruction of all criminal records.
Over the past 24 years, we have helped many individuals with entry into the ARD program, including those who were initially denied entry.
