When appropriate, we will make recommendations for drug, alcohol or other mental health treatment. We work with experienced psychiatrists, drug and alcohol counselors and to other mental health treatment providers to present all mitigating factors to minimize potential consequences. We negotiate for entry into special programs to avoid trial and often jail time. These dispositions include ARD, and Section 17 of the Drug Act and Drug Treatment Court.
